Although Friday is the usual turn round day we are happy to try to accommodate
arrival and departure on different days when possible. Where bookings are not by the week we will adjust the daily rate pro rata and the appropriate seasonal rate.

 

Terms

A reservation payment of 20% is required within 5 days from us sending you booking confirmation together with the completed booking paperwork we will have sent you. In the event of the reservation payment and booking paperwork not being received with 5 days we reserve the right to reoffer the villa for reserved dates agreed. The full balance of payment is due for payment 42 days before your holiday starts, or at once if booked within this period. In the event of cancellation or non payment of balance of monies being received within 42 days before your holiday starts we reserve the right to retain in full the reservation payment made. Payment may be made by cheque or BACS transfers. No refund will be made for non-appearance or early departures. You are responsible for ensuring your own travel and medical insurance are in place to cover all eventualities. You are asked to pledge a security deposit against any villa damage or excessive cleaning of £500.Your security deposit will be returned to you (we hope) within 7 days of your return from holiday.

Other Information

The villa will be available for occupation from 3 pm on arrival day and check out on day of departure is 10 am. Where possible, we will endeavour to accommodate early check ins and late check outs.

We can arrange for the hire of cots and high chairs if required.

• The charge per week made by our managing agent for a cot is 40.00 pounds per week.
• The charge per week made by our managing agent for a high chair is 40.00 pounds per week.

We can also arrange for food starter packs to be left in the villa at the commencement of your holiday.  The cost made by our managing agent is 40 pounds.  The food pack includes water, juice, coffee, tea, wine, beer, milk, sugar, bread, eggs, jam and butter.

Wifi is available at the villa and is included in the rental price of the villa.

Insurance

We regret that we are unable to accept liability in the case of any theft, damage or personal injuries during your holiday. We would therefore strongly recommend that you should make your own arrangements for insurance cover for full medical care, personal travel protection and for cancellation and curtailment protection of you and all your party. We will leave this to you and assume that you will make these arrangements. We offer no refund for a holiday cut short or for a holiday not started. Your own policies must cover you and your party against all such eventualities.

Flights & Transfers

There are numerous airlines which fly to Malaga airport from all main UK airports. Prices can vary between airlines so we would recommend searching and comparing prices.

Car rental companies and addresses:

Rental terms between car rental companies can be very varied so we would recommend that you check carefully the terms offered to you such as insurance and fuel levies before booking. 

However it is also possible to travel around on public buses and trains and they are inexpensive. They seem to stick well to their timetable, but can run a bit early or a bit late and are not very flexible about where they drop or pick up. Bus timetable link

Finally, a caution about recommending. We have learned from others that recommending cars, holidays, airlines, hotels, books, films, etc. is not necessarily always a good idea.
